It all began in 2013 as Lokenath Xerox — a modest photocopy and DTP counter in Ranikuthi. As our regulars started asking for more — a printer that wouldn't jam, a CCTV they could check from their phone, a laptop for the kids that would last through school — we grew, opened branches and merged into the full-service tech shop that is Lokenath Infotech today. The Lokenath Xerox print counter is still very much a part of it.
We listened, learned, and slowly added the services that our neighbourhood genuinely needed. Today, Lokenath Infotech handles everything from photocopy and lamination to home surveillance systems and doorstep laptop repair.
What hasn't changed is the promise we started with: recommend only what you actually need, price it fairly, and stand behind every job.

Koushik Chakraborty started the business in 2013 as Lokenath Xerox — a single small counter in Ranikuthi — with a simple belief that technology should be easy to understand, fairly priced and backed by people you can actually reach when something goes wrong.
Over the last decade, that belief has grown into one of South Kolkata's most recognised names for computer sales, laptop repair, CCTV installation and printing. What began as one Xerox counter is now a network of around five outlets under the Lokenath Infotech name, serving thousands of homes, students, shopkeepers and small businesses across Tollygunge, Jadavpur, Garia and the surrounding neighbourhoods.
Today, Koushik is regarded as one of the top computer service and parts sellers in Kolkata — but he still spends most of his week on the shop floor, personally advising customers, training the team and making sure every install, repair and sale meets the standard he set on day one.
