- Basic website data collected automatically by standard web analytics — such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type — to help us improve the site.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and share quotations.
- To carry out and follow up on the service, installation or sale you booked.
- To keep basic invoice and warranty records as required by law.
- To occasionally share updates about a service you've booked — never bulk marketing without your consent.
3. Data on serviced devices
When you hand over a device for repair, we do not access your personal files unless it is necessary for the specific job (for example, data backup you've asked for). We do not copy, share or retain any personal data from a serviced device once the job is complete.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We share limited information only when it is necessary — for example with a manufacturer's service centre to progress a warranty claim, or with government authorities when legally required.
5. Cookies and analytics
Our website may use cookies and standard analytics to understand traffic patterns. These do not identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings without affecting most of the site.

We store customer records securely and limit access to team members who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share.
